Partners

Over the years, the Harlem Health Promotion Center has compiled an outstanding record for developing and sustaining partnerships with the NYC and NYS Departments of Health, grassroots CBOs, providers, community schools, and academic institutions. The Digital Partnerships for Health core project includes many of our past and current partners, and integrates new partners. These partners will provide input on priorities, disparities, community concerns, community engagement strategies, research agenda, identification of program and intervention sites, technical and programmatic assistance for research project implementation and evaluation, expanded opportunities for trainees, and support for project dissemination and replication. The partners will also help embed project interventions into ongoing community programs and activities to support sustainability.
